Meetings & Outings 

Regular meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month, lasting approximately 1 1/2 hours. They take the form of an initial half hour informal gathering for coffee and biscuits, followed by a more formal 1 hour meeting with a talk by invited speakers on a wide range of topics. Attendances average between 40 - 50  throughout the year.

Various social activities are also arranged including visits to places of interest and at least two lunches each year.

Where and When?

Meetings are held at the Friends Meeting House, Woodlands Drive, Scarborough (adjacent to Scarborough Hospital) at 10.00am (for 10.30am). There is ample space for car parking both in the car park and street-side nearby but not on Woodlands Drive which is subject to parking restrictions.

How much does it cost?

There is an annual membership fee of £15.00 and members pay £3.00 per attendance for coffee and biscuits.

How do I become a Member?

Prospective members should either contact a member of the committee, ask an existing member to introduce them to the club, or simply present themselves at a meeting of the club and ask to see the Membership Secretary or any member of the committee for further information and a Membership Application Form.
