Regular meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month, lasting approximately 1 1/2 hours. They take the form of an initial half hour informal gathering for coffee and biscuits, followed by a more formal 1 hour meeting with a talk by invited speakers on a wide range of topics. Attendances average between 40 - 50  throughout the year.

Various social activities are also arranged including visits to places of interest and at least two lunches each year.
